As mentioned previously, I've started a new company called Mobile Meridian, LLC. We're providing network performance tools to wireless phone carriers. Our product has the ability to locate most calls made in a market and provide detailed analysis for engineers on how the network is performing and were it needs improvement.
For example, we know where most of the blocked calls are located, which phones perform the worst in a day, as well as other various reports are available.
Our tool includes a large GIS-enabled data warehouse that offers a historical view for comparisons of problem areas over time.
I've spent a large amount of my time working on the development of this tool over the last few months. Things are really taking shape and I'm excited about the opportunities.
My new nephew, Thomas Edward Drake was born last night coming into the world 8 lbs. 8 ounces.
Everyone is doing fine, Mom and Dad are now really outnumbered now.
